What is the delivery time of my order?

We ship your order within 1 to 3 business days. It may happen that there is a delay in our postal distribution (PostNL) beyond our control. Orders of up to 4 ties fit through the letterbox, you do not have to stay at home to receive.

For orders outside the Netherlands, a delivery time of 2-8 working days applies. This unfortunately depends on the postal supplier.

What are the shipping costs?

For an order within the Netherlands, no shipping costs will be charged.

For orders within Europe the shipping costs are € 10 and for orders outside Europe the shipping costs are € 20 per order.
For orders within Europe above € 50 and outside Europe above € 150, no shipping costs will be charged.

How is my order sent?

Orders that fit through the letterbox (up to 4 ties) are sent with PostNL. In this case you do not have to stay at home to receive your order. Orders that do not fit through the letterbox are sent with PostNL parcel service.

What are the payment options?

With iDEAL, Bancontact and SOFORT Banking you can pay for your online purchases in a familiar, safe and easy way. You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods from your own bank.

You can also pay with a credit card via Paypal. This is a global payment platform that already more than 64 million people use. You can create an account, but this is not necessary. If you wish to create an account with Paypal, you will continue to benefit from this. With your next order, in any internet store, you can pay securely via Paypal.

Klarna – ordering on account for individuals

We offer private individuals the option of purchasing items on account. This process goes through Klarna. They will handle your payment. The costs that we charge for this service are € 2.95 per order.

How do I exchange or return my order?

We think it is important that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. You have 14 days to return an unused product if you are not completely happy with your purchase. Products on sale are non-returnable. We also do not take back used products. We will refund the value of the returned product in the same way that you have paid us. Or, if you want to exchange your order, we will send you the new item (s) within 1 to 3 days. To keep prices low for everyone, we ask you to pay the return costs yourself. The return can usually be in an envelope that fits through the letterbox, so the costs will be low. As soon as we have received the order, you will receive your payment within 7 days.
